ALMIGHTY God, my loving Father, I am heartly sorry for having offended You, because You are infinitely good, and sin displeases You. I firmly resolve with Your help to avoid every occasion of sin.

I thank You for Your good gifts during this day and I ask You to watch over me during the night.
